Abstract

Internal communication is one of the crucial aspects in the success of an organization. Effective internal communication ensures that information flows smoothly between individuals and work units, facilitating coordination, decision making, and ultimately, the achievement of organizational goals. This study aims to test and provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of internal communication on employee performance at Perumda Tirta Giri Nata, Cirebon City. This study uses a survey method with a sample of 70 people who are employees at Perumda Tirta Giri Nata, Cirebon City. Data analysis was carried out descriptively quantitatively and hypothesis testing was carried out using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are that internal communication and employee performance at Perumda Air Minum Tirta Giri Nata, Cirebon City are classified as very good. Internal communication has been proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
