Implementasi Kebijakan Program Keluarga Harapan terhadap Pengentasan Kemiskinan Masyarakat di Kecamatan Sumber oleh Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Cirebon

This study was conducted to determine how the implementation of the Family Hope Program policy has contributed to poverty alleviation among the community in Sumber Subdistrict by the Social Services Agency of Cirebon Regency. The method used was quantitative descriptive, employing questionnaires and interviews as research instruments.
The research was conducted in Sumber Subdistrict, Cirebon Regency, with 100 participants. The results showed that the policy implementation variable scored 4.890, with 83.16% categorized as “agree.” Meanwhile, the poverty variable scored 1.636, with 83.46% classified as “agree.” Therefore, the implementation of the Family Hope Program Policy on Poverty Alleviation in Sumber Subdistrict by the Cirebon Regency Social Service has improved and can be said to be running well.
Obstacles encountered in the implementation of the Family Hope Program Policy on Poverty Alleviation in Sumber Subdistrict by the Cirebon Regency Social Service. There are still many inaccuracies in targeting beneficiaries, the Family Hope Program assistance also risks causing dependency, and there is a lack of socialization to the community regarding the Family Hope Program. Based on these issues, the author then took the following actions: the Social Affairs Office conducted regular socialization to ensure beneficiaries understood the program's objectives and regulations, conducted periodic verification and validation of the DTKS to ensure accuracy in targeting, and conducted direct supervision of assistance usage. Additionally, inter-agency collaboration is a key factor in creating an effective, efficient, and targeted program implementation aimed at poverty
alleviation.
