Pengaruh Implementasi Kebijakan Digitalisasi E-KTP terhadap Partisipasi Masyarakat Di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Cirebon

The aim of this research is to determine how the implementation of the e- KTP digitalization policy affects community participation at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Cirebon City. In this study, the variable of Policy Implementation (X) serves as the independent variable, while Community Participation (Y) serves as the dependent variable. Sampling was conducted using random sampling, which means the sample was taken randomly from the population, employing a questionnaire as the research instrument.
This research also utilizes an associative quantitative method with simple linear regression analysis, while statistical testing uses the t-test. The data analysis results show a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.568, which falls into the category of 'Moderate Relationship,' and a coefficient of determination (R2) value of 45% indicating a 'Moderate Influence' on Community Participation (Y) or a score range of 17%-49%, with the remaining 55% influenced by other factors not studied. The results of the data analysis showed that the correlation coefficient (r) was 0.568, which falls into the category of 'Moderate Relationship', and the coefficient of determination (R2) was 45%, which is categorized as a 'Moderate Influence' on Community Participation (Y) or a score range of 17%-49%, while the remaining 55% is influenced by other unstudied factors. The hypothesis test results indicated t count > t table = 8.959 > 1.984, thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. This means it can be stated that Policy Implementation has a significant influence on community participation in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Cirebon City.
