Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kasat Reskrim Terhadap Kinerja Anggota Satuan Reskrim Di Polres Cirebon Kota

The research entitled "THE INFLUENCE OF THE CHIEF OF SAT LEADERSHIP ON THE PERFORMANCE OF CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION
MEMBERS AT POLRES CIREBON KOTA", was caused by the fact that the leadership function of the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit had not been carried out, resulting in the performance of Members at the Polres Cirebon Kota Criminal Investigation Unit being less than optimal.
To analyze this problem, the leadership theory used was from Thoha. The hypothesis proposed in the study is "The magnitude of the influence of the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit's leadership on the performance of Criminal Investigation Unit Members at the Polres Cirebon Kota is measured through the leadership function as an innovator, communicator, motivator and controller".
The research method used is the Explanatory Survey method. The population in this study were Criminal Investigation Unit Members at the Polres Cirebon Kota, totaling 38 members. The sampling technique in this study was the Purposive Sampling Technique. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaire distribution, documentation and literature studies.
To determine the influence between variables, path analysis is used, while to determine the strength of the relationship between the independent variable of Head of Unit Leadership (X) and the dependent variable, namely Member Performance (Y), correlation analysis and regression analysis are used. In connection with the analysis approach used, for the purposes of analysis and hypothesis testing, the data used on an ordinal scale is changed to an interval scale using the successive method.
The results of the analysis of the independent variable scores of the Head of Unit's leadership and the dependent variable of the performance of Members at the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Polres Cirebon Kota, were obtained in the good category, which means that the leadership of the Head of Unit has an effect on the performance of Members at the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Polres Cirebon Kota but has not been fully implemented properly.
The results of statistical tests with simultaneous path analysis show that the leadership of the Head of Unit has a significant effect on the performance of Members in the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Polres Cirebon Kota. The magnitude of the influence of the Head of Unit's leadership on Member performance is 67.45%, while other influences that were not studied outside the leadership variable are 32.55%.
