B63101201036, "The Impact of the Implementation of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 7 of 2024 concerning Guidelines for Regional Asset Management on Work Effectiveness in Increasing Regional Original Revenue at the Regional Finance and Asset Agency of Indramayu Regency." The author is interested in conducting research, which is presented in the form of a thesis with this title, due to the ineffectiveness of regional asset management due to a lack of understanding of the implementation of established policies. These include: the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) governing the management of Regional Assets has not been optimized to meet Regional Original Revenue (PAD); the planning, budgeting, and procurement processes are not in accordance with their intended use and the use of regional assets is not in accordance with the designated use; and the suboptimal capitalization of costs by the local government, which increases the acquisition price of fixed assets. Regional Original Revenue (PAD) from the utilization of regional assets managed by the Regional Finance and Asset Agency of Indramayu Regency has not achieved optimal results.
This research method used an explanatory survey, drawing a sample of
179 individuals using the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample size of 64 individuals. Data collection techniques included observation, questionnaires, and documentation.
Path analysis was used to determine the influence between variables, while correlation and regression analysis were used to determine the relationship between the independent variable, the Implementation of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 7 of 2024 concerning Guidelines for the Management of Regional Assets (X), and the dependent variable, the Effectiveness of Handling Increased Regional Original Revenue (Y). For analysis and hypothesis testing, ordinal data were converted to interval data using the successive method.
Based on the F-test results, it can be explained that the simultaneous influence of X1, X2, X3, and X4 significantly influences the effectiveness of handling efforts to increase regional original revenue. The magnitude of the influence of the Implementation of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 7 of 2024 concerning Guidelines for the Management of Regional Assets on Work Effectiveness in Increasing Regional Original Revenue is expressed by a coefficient of determination of R2 = 0.8190, or 81.90%. Other influences outside the studied dimensions, or outside the variable of the Implementation of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 7 of 2024 concerning Guidelines for the Management of Regional Assets, amounted to 18.10%. This indicates that there are other variables not studied that influence the effectiveness of work in increasing regional original revenue at the Regional Finance and Asset Agency of Indramayu Regency.
