Theuseofdigitaltechnologyinpublicadministrationisanimportantstrategyinimprovingthequalityofgovernance.TasikmalayaRegencyhasimplementedtheIntegratedBureaucraticAdministrationServiceSystem(SADASBOR)asasolutiontospeeduptheadministrativeprocessandincreasetransparencyandaccountabilityinthebureaucracy.Thissystemisdesignedtosupporttheimplementationofgoodgovernancebyensuringefficiency,effectiveness,andopennessinadministrativeservices.However,initsimplementation,therearestillanumberofchallenges,suchastheresistanceoftheStateCivilApparatus(ASN)todigitalization,limitedtechnologicalinfrastructure,andtheriskofdataleakage.ThisstudyaimstoexaminetheroleofSADASBORinrealizinggoodgovernanceinTasikmalayaRegencyandidentifytheobstaclesfacedinitsimplementation.Thisstudyusesaqualitativeapproachwithadescriptivecasestudymethod.Datawascollectedthroughin-depthinterviewswithASN,directobservationoftheimplementationofthesystem,andstudiesrelatedtopoliciesandregulationsgoverningtheimplementationofSADASBOR.Furthermore,thestagesofdatareduction,datapresentation,andconclusiondrawn,guidedbytheprinciplesofgoodgovernance.TheresultsofthestudyrevealthatSADASBORhasplayedaroleinimprovingadministrativeefficiency,transparency,andbureaucraticaccountability.However,thereareseveralobstaclesthatstillneedtobeovercome,suchasthelackofreadinessofASNinadaptingtothedigitalsystem,limitedservercapacity.Therefore,strategicstepsareneeded,suchasstrengtheningtechnologicalinfrastructure,increasingdigitalliteracyforcivilservants.
